I have authored op-eds and been featured in several notable media publications such as The Chicago Reader, The Guardian, Huffington Post, Marie Claire, Vice France, The Irish Examiner, and Mic, to name a few.

I am also a commentator on issues of race, gender, politics, and popular culture for Chicago Public Radio and other news media and have provided commentary in both English, Spanish, and French.

In addition to being a trained journalist, I was selected to be a 2016 Progressive Women’s Voices Fellow through the Women’s Media Cente (WMC)r and was also a 2013 Fellow with the Op-Ed Project.
